Multilingual ban reason

For multilingual sites, ban reasons should be multilingual as well.

Especially if the languages are so different (Arabic, English and Spanish for instance) .

Hi Evandro,

I wrote you something in your Github issue.

Here in this case you are right. It would be a great idea to have the possibility to write ban reasons in all used/installed langs.
