When I view a users signature inside the Admin CP, the signature is correct. But when it is viewed via their profile or a thread it is broken
Example: [IMG:http://domain.tld/image.png]
It is kind of annoying

It is not broken, there has been a new option added that will suppress any external images in compliance to the GDPR of the European Union. You can find this option at "Configuration > Options > Messages > Allow images from external sites", enabling it will restore the original behavior.

That new setting added in the update yesterday is disabled by default to stop external images being used.

I missed it too and thought an error had occurred somewhere. Setting toggled and my forum is back to normal.
