Add eventListener in article template for comments

Hello,

actually there is no event at the bottom of the "article" template.

It would be great if you could add one just before {if $article->enableComments}, or just after this condition, something like {event name='commentBefore'}

It will give us a possibility to integrate third party commenting system to articles.

The best would be to add this event for each app using the commenting system too (Blog, Gallery..)
