Export Forum Data

Hello, I want to ask about possibility of export structure of forum with wroted posts. I can't find any option in woltlab suite core and forum plugin.

Throwholics I would like to secure data in case of migration to another server or crash.

I need to export people's posts and forum structure like groups and sub groups.
