missing paragraph spacing (privacy policy)

The default privacy policy is missing spacing for paragraphs. While I would replace this with my own, I understand many people keep the system default.

I found the same was true when replacing it with my own (<p> vs <br>).

But still, the default supplied with the software should be corrected. After all, I know many people do not bother with that important detail (even though they should) and it is important that the supplied default be correctly spaced.
