no, i was scrolling up and down using my thumbs, but sometimes maybe accidentally part of my thumb touch right/left side of the screen, and the menu "half" appeared, although it disappeared again, it's quite distracting.

It should have a threshold before triggering including a maximum vertical distance traveled to only trigger on nearly horizontal movement.

Ok, you can try this to reproduce the issue:
Hit message menu button
Then scroll down
The right menu will appear.

I already discovered and fixed the issue independently yesterday, while fixing another issue. It's just that the version here in the Beta forum is not yet up to date. Thanks for the reproducing steps anyway, that way I could confirm that the issue indeed does not happen any more after applying the fix.
I already informed WoltLab to apply the fix.
