Post settings - URL detection is automatically enabled

If you submit a post with Detect links option disabled, when you edit the post this option is automatically enabled. With Enable smilies option this not happens, for example. It's very frustrating, sometimes I have to edit the post again for this reason.

Detect links isn't a real option, it is a runtime setting to control the behavior once. As such the setting cannot be restored when editing because it is not tracked at all.

In the meantime, you can use the inline-code to work around this because its contents is never parsed.
