You can follow the blogs/categories via manage subcription.

If you have for each blogger a so called "blog" (i think its like a category), see the blog on wl. One can manage the subscription to follow that blog.

It would be nice to subscribe and get notices for all blog entries by X user. Or be able to subscribe to X blog and receive notices when no entries are added.

If you go to the blog you want to subscribe to you see on the right corner (as always in WCF) the subscribe button
