[beta 4] Import basic bb code -- xenforo -- (quotes and user tagging)

Simple and basic things appear not to convert, such as quotes

And user tagging

[USER=1]@Adam[/USER] 

Everything else seems fine via the conversion. So just those 2.

I've added the screen shot of what you basically end up with. I have highlighted the important bits

Upon further review, this may not be a bug per say and could simply be related to this

Importer [XenForo] = 4.1 beta 3 --- Duplicate entry

I say that because I notice the above only appears to be an issue in "some" post and not all. Others did convert successfully. So this may all be null and void... Disregard this report.

No worries. At least now I know in the future if I see that, it's all under the same system. I wasn't 100% sure about that so thats why I kept posting them in the same thread.
