[4.1 beta 2] Censor list does not work on profile post (wall post) or PM's

I'm reporting this as a bug, because it renders the censor list virtually useless. And because I talked with @Alexander Ebert elsewhere about this as well.

Still not working in beta 3. Continues to make the censor list, useless.

Also it is worth noting, that the comment system is provided directly by the framework itself. As a result this changes applies to all comments in our application as well as 3rd party plugins.

Does this include the PM's too?

We use the censor list to curve abuse and also spam, so we would need it in PM too. Else it is useless if it is not site-wide (everywhere)
