Block/Unbock user

The feature to hide code from blocked users is no more integrated.

I think this should be built-in to the software though, because everything went from personalization that was in 3.1.8, to globalization. Users can't control who sees and views their galleries under their profiles like they did in 3.1.8, they can't control who sees or views their journals / blogs under profile. All that stuff is in global blog and gallery. If females have sexual predators, harassers, or what-not, they have no way to block those harassers from their photos, blog articles, profiles, etc. The harassers can still easily view and harass them. Members need to feel protected and safe, especially if staff aren't around 24/7 to keep tabs on things. If you're going to globalize everything, like facebook does, then a facebook style blocking feature or function should be built-in as well.
