The ticket system offers you a comprehensive system for the treatment of problem and solution was developed specifically for the WoltLab Community Framework.
Thus, it binds itself neatly into an existing forum on one WoltLab Burning Board basis and the user can operate, depending on user group rights.

Tickets may, depending on user rights, can be easily created in the frontend. The rough classification via user-definable categories. The tickets can then be managed in the moderation of WBBS.
Further information can be added simply by replying to the existing ticket. An edit is also available at any time.
A ticket will be treated like a thread in the forum. It may, during the processing further answers or questions are written to the ticket. The ticketing is via the WYSIWYG editor. This can also be added with file attachments.
It may also e-mail or PM's are sent to inform about the status of the ticket.
In moderation, the supporters can move the tickets from the ticket pool in your own pool. Thus, the ticket is no longer visible and modifiable for other supporters. If the supporters can not edit the ticket, it is possible to give the ticket back into the total pool or transferred directly to another supporter.

Each ticket has its own status can be changed easily by the supporters. Against the state can be easily identified what stage is just the ticket.

A ticket can also be provided with a priority. By default, five levels of priority have been set. But these can be easily reduced or increased. Other priorities may be added in the ACP.

In the ticket summary filter and sorting functions are available. This makes it very easy to filter out and display relevant tickets.

Tickets can also send query an IMAP e-mail inbox will be created automatically. If the sender e-mail address is equal to a user's e-mail address, the ticket is assigned to that user.

The system is completely WCF - compliant been developed and is based on the written WoltLab Community Framework 1.1. Please also read the system requirements.

Die Übersicht des Plugins ist sehr schön, allgemein ist es leicht zu administrieren aber auch die Seite für die Benutzer ist einfach gestaltet.

Hallo,
ich habe dieses PlugIn auch, es hält definitiv das was es verspricht, aber es ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig, ich hoffe viele Updates folgen!
