Installs an additional group right for using the wysiwyg editor
This plugin makes possible to deactivate the wysiwyg editor for everyone or special groups.

There is a new group right. You´ll find it in general permissions as you can see on the screenshot below.

After installing the wysiwyg editor will be disabled for all users.
