For users haven't been online on your website for a specific number of days, you can add rules to suit your needs.
You can add rules as much as wanted and for every rule you can choose specific user groups. Furthermore the rule can includes one or more actions.

Send users e-mails
Send an user an e-mail to encourage him to come back to your website or ask him for his reason why he lost interest. Thereby you can decide to which e-mail-addresses the e-mail shall be send.
No e-mails would be send to users which prohibited the receiving of e-mails in the
admnistration. If needed the e-mail can be send in HTML format and furthermore the e-mail can be written in the language of the user.
There are placeholders, which enable you an individual title or unique links.

Delete users
Keep your database small and save storage space by deleting inactive users.

Delete user groups
Delete inactive users of indicated user groups and withdraw their special access rights.

Add user groups
Furthermore you can add inactive users in indicated user groups, e.g. a default group for inactive users.

Deactivate users
Deactivate users haven't been online on your website for some time and withdraw their user rights.

Ban users
Optionally you can specify a reason written in the user's language.


Moreover by means of fitting interfaces (PIPs) third party Plug-ins can make more actions available.

If you have ideas for more actions, please inform us at the aforementioned website.
If sufficient demand is apparent we will add the actions in later versions for free.
Exclusive agreements will also be adopted.

Furthermore there is a log showing you in detail which rules are used for which users and if they were online again since that time.

Via the module control the Plug-in can be deactivated. In addtition in the users group administration can be exactly regulated which users have access to the administration of the rules.
