Upon registration, users will be added to further, in the ACP specified user groups (besides to the system groups "Everyone" and "Registered Users").
Settings can be found via System => Options => Users => Registration.

Can be used in scenarios, where registered users should have rights that can be revoked later, and were not covered by the infraction system.

- Fixed error that disabled users were added to the group "registered Users".
