Tapatalk-Support

Since today the test version of our plug-in for Tapatalk support is active in the WoltLab Community Forum. Tapatalk is an app for Apple iPhone/iPad, Google Android and Windows Mobile (via Express board) that provides a simpler and more adapted GUI for mobile phones to access the contents of a forum. After the test phase we want to offer the plugin for free to all owners of a Burning Board 3 license (exact system requirement is Burning Board 3.1.5).

Owners of the app are hereby cordially invited to participate in the testing phase of the plugin. The community forum can be found in Tapatalk with a search for "WoltLab Community Forum". Please report errors or suggestions in our bugtracker, as always. For more information about Tapatalk can be found on the official manufacturer's page.

The first beta version of the plug-in for Tapatalk support is now available for download. The plugin requires Burning Board 3.1.5, and can be installed by the "search packages" function in the administration interface (ACP) (search for "Tapatalk"). Alternatively, the plug-in may be downloaded for a manual install via the following direct link: http://update.woltlab.com/tempest/?packa…ab.wbb.tapatalk

After installation of the plug-in your forum has to be registered in the network of the Tapatalkmanufacturer (which is free), so that it can be found by the App: http://www.tapatalk.com

It is important to note that the plug-in is a beta version, that is offered for testing purposes only and is not intended for productive use!
