wbb and wordpress

hi all, my question is simple but the answer could be hard. Is it possible to link wbb and wordpress accounts? Here's a bit more explanation, can users register to the wordpress and automatically be registered to forum? Or other way, to register on forum and can comment on WP blog page using that login information's. If that's possible than it probably could be done with mysql db, right?
