Dear WBB team members,
I have purchased a WoltLab Burning Board as can be seeing within the Payment confirmation below paid by credit card through PayPal. I would like more information concerning what I should do now as I cannot enter the Member's area because I don't have a Member ID. I got a little confused during the purchase procedure and I think I did not pay attention if there was any Customer ID there. Anyway, I would like to request a little help concerning this matter and information on what should be done for me to have access to what I paid for. I thank you in advance for your help. Ps. I have tried to activate my account following the instructions in the other postes I saw here telling to use my Name and password from the forum but it did not work as well. Every time it shows: You entered an invalid member ID.
Also, I tried the link for those who have forgotten their Member ID or Password, but it said that: The data I entered did not match the database entries.
So I don't know what to do. Please, somebody give me a help!
