Not installing

I just bought this plugin and when I try to install it, it keeps telling me this.

I would recommend to re-download this file, in rare cases the file might be not entirely downloaded causing a corrupted archive. Furthermore if your system's defined temp folder is full the pre-installation routine may fail too.

And by sysyem's temp folder, you mean the server folder? And if so were is the folder located?

I have re-downloaded several times and even tried with a different browser, and I've tried on a different computer but its still not working please help.

try to upload the packagefile to your server temporary, and enter the adress in the field, for me that work when i have errors with the upload from my computer
