Greetings from Germany(no idea why i cant enter the german support forum so i just post it here).
First of all sorry for my kind of bad english skills , however they should be enought to explain my issue.

I've used the Search function , but i couldnt find anything helpfull for me.

I just bought the WBB3 Licence. I downloaded the WoltLab Burning Board 3.1.6 (Update) File.
So , i wanted to update my wbblite 2 board. I logged into my ACP. Entered the package management system and searched for my »WoltLab Burning Board Lite« paket to manuel update it.
I browse for the update file which i just downloaded.., but for some reason it doesent work.
I am getting an Error Message which says the upload of the file failed. Now i am wondering why , it should work shouldnt it?
So i trys the Automatic Update Feature but for some reasons it says that my login informations are wrong.

I have an hosting package at www.netcup.de
They are fully supporting woltlab boards.
I hope someone can help me through, i appricate it.

Edit:
Oh i just find out that in my account settings i can configurate it , so i can use the german support board.
Anyway i would really appricate it if someone could help me.

I didnt know that i can enter through the settings the german support forum.
I thought it would be wiser to open a Thread in the German Support Forum as its my mother language and it would be easier to explain my issue.
