Xampp: fehler bei Installation vom WBB

Hallo,

die Installation läuft an, WCF wird installiert, Datenbank verbunden, Benutzer angelegt. Dann sollte soviel ich weiss das WBB installiert werden. Die installation wird auf diese 'leere' Seite geleitet:
http://localhost:8080/beta/wcf/acp/index.php?

hat jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegen könnte.?

edit: sorry ich glaub das hat nur entfernt mit pluginentwicklung zu tun.
