Can't update to the latest version

Hi

i've tried to update Burning Board to the latest version, and my login on the update server is refused

in my customer panel, my access to update is until the Jan 11th 2011

it's normal i can't update my Burning Board ? (wbb 3.1.4)

i've tried my normal login (customer panel), my licence number/serial, my old login, and all are refused

can you help me please, thanks

I'm sorry Panther, I followed the link you have suggested and I still don't understand what the problem is.
Am I to understand that there is an extra charge in order to upgrade?
If that is the case I was refused even for the boards I have unlimited upgrade permission.
Perhaps I'm missing something in the translation.

If you wanna use the "Community Gallery" in it´s new version you must extend your license:

But you can update the other packages without having access to the new "Community Gallery":

Have a look in your ACP in System > Packages > Automatic Update and select the packages you can update (step by step)

I hope you know that the update is Beta software! You should not use Beta software in working installations.

thanks for the warning about the upgrade being still in Beta.
I'll wait until the final version is released.
