Neben den Updates für Blog und Galerie arbeiten wir derzeit auch an einem größeren Umbau der WoltLab Community Website. Hiermit möchte ich einen kurzen Ausblick auf die geplanten Änderungen geben.

Zunächst möchten wir die bestehende Datenbank der Plugins als "Plugin Store" direkt in unsere neue Website integrieren. Der neue "Plugin Store" soll weiterhin primär eine Anlaufstelle für kostenlose Plugins sein, aber auch das Anbieten von kommerziellen Plugins ermöglichen. Alternativ werden Entwickle ...

The future of the WoltLab Community

Besides the updates for Blog and Gallery we are currently working on a major revision of the WoltLab Community Website. Let me give you a short outlook on the planned changes now.

We will be integrating the existing database directly into our website as a "Plugin-Store". This new plugin-store will remain the main platform for free plug-ins in the future, but also give developers the new opportunity to release commercial plug-ins. Offering commercial plug-ins in the Plug-in Store

From now on developers are offered the option to sell commercial plug-ins in our Plug-in Store. The activation of this feature is available by request. Developers who want to offer commercial plug-ins can contact us by e-mail to woltlab@woltlab.com and request the relevant contractual documents to be sent to. In addition, we calculate a one-time activation fee of EUR 50,- plus VAT. This is to ensure, that only developers with a serious interest can offer commercial plugins.
